Oie Café & Cocktail is a small, independent cocktail bar in Muratpaşa, central Antalya. Calm specialty coffee by day, craft cocktails from 17:00 until midnight.
One place, two moods
Oie opened in January 2026 with a simple idea: the 10am espresso and the 11pm cocktail deserve the same care. During the day it is a quiet coffee and matcha stop. After sunset the lights go down and the bar takes over.
The name means "goose" in French, and our mascot is a goose in a beret holding a martini glass. We take our drinks seriously, ourselves less so.
What makes our cocktails different
Most of our signature cocktails are built around a sorrel syrup we make in-house from fresh sorrel leaves. It gives a tart, green, herbal note you won't find at a standard bar.
- See U Monday — tequila, elderflower liqueur and house-made sorrel syrup, with a half salt rim. Our best-known drink.
- Yes I Do — Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple, sorrel syrup and sour green apple.
- Missed Call — tequila, passion fruit and chili syrup, for those who like heat.
- Call Me Later — Jack Daniel's Tennessee Blackberry, raspberry and Chambord.
Alongside the signatures we make the classics properly: Negroni, Espresso Martini, Margarita, Aperol Spritz, Pornstar Martini and more. Alcohol-free cocktails, beer and specialty coffee are available too.
